My interest in holistic healing began while studying Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Massage at Lotus Palm in Montreal, Canada. Following my certification at Lotus Palm, I continued to hone my skills and enhanced my repertoire in other therapeutic modalities such as Tui Na, Shiatsu, and Swedish Massage at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where I received an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Massage Therapy.
I continued studying acupuncture at PCOM and graduated in 2014 with a degree as a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. I’ve had extensive clinical training as an intern at the PCOM Clinic with shifts on and offsite campus, including the Family Rehab Center in Oceanside, CA. In April 2021, I completed the doctoral program at the Pacific College of Health & Science and earned a Doctorate of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine.
During my 6-year tenure at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, I worked among the best healers in the world. I was an Ayurvedic Spa Therapist, Acupuncturist for the Mind-Body Medical Group, and a Certified Instructor of Ayurveda for the Perfect Health Program.
My practice offers patients a sanctuary where they can activate the self-healing process and achieve overall mental, physical, and emotional balance. I feel fortunate to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for complementary and holistic healing with my patients.
